  • "I purchased a 2006 Honda VTX 1300 from J&J and as it was a used bike and 12 yrs old experienced mechanical problems that were causing it to backfire and cut out almost continually. I took it to a local motorcycle repair shop that told me it was in need of $930 dollars worth of repairs. I immediately called J&J and they put me in touch with the sales manager Erik who took the time to listen to what I was told by the local repair shop. He apologized and asked if I could get the bike back to them and he personally would see to it being fixed 100% at no cost to me. I had my VTX transported to J&J and within 36hrs Erik called me to say the bike was fixed and I could come pick it up he then informed me that the repair was as simple as my front left spark plug not seating correctly letting air to be pushed past it and not allowing the spark to be right. Erik saved me $930 dollars of not needed carburator parts and labor and had my bike back and running strong in 36 hrs. He and the staff at J&J are stand up and I look forward to purchasing my future Harley trike from them."

  • "I purchased a 2003 Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide from your motorsports business last month. Phil Bechtel was the salesman and Doug handled the finanace and paper work. I wanted to take the time to give a shout out and tip my hat to you all on the way everything was handled. The bike has turned out to run great and be in great shape, and there were no bad surprises as you so many times experienced in this world. I traveled 3 1/2 hours to make the buy. The prices were much more competitive and selection was great. The service department installed some new drags for me and did a great job, Eric was cool and friendly. I appreciated your patience in giving me time to pick up my bike and trailer it home. I hardly ever give a testimonials, because usually my experiences with purchasing anything is normally disappointing, but not here. Great job to all and thank you very much. Philip"

  • "I have purchased two bikes now from J & J. Most recently a 2010 Heritage Softail on March 13. Absolutely love the bike and the outstanding service that I received from Jesse during the sale. At the time of sale Jesse told me that it would be approximately two weeks until I would receive the title memorandum in the mail. At three weeks, I called him because I had not received it yet. He then connected me with a lady in the office who told me that it was in a stack of paperwork that she would get to in the coming week. The reason that a temporary tag is for 30 days is because that is more than enough time to complete all paperwork and forward it to the customer. It is now April 9th! My tag expires on April 11th! I have yet to receive the title memorandum! Needless to say, I am not at all happy with whoever was responsible for getting it to me in a timely manner. I certainly hope that the job performance of such individuals will be monitored with a little more customer care in mind!!!"

  • "JJ's sell parts much cheaper than Park Harding here in Canton. I bought a front tire from JJ's. Couldn't put it on myself. Park Harding said "Oh no, that's a tubeless tire and yours has a tube. We can't install that!" Went back to JJ's, no issue to have the the tire replaced. Got several thousand miles on it with no problems! Plus, I got all kinds of advice for my, do it myself work for free from some of their mechanics. Well. they are like 12 miles from home and Park Harding is like 5 miles from here, but JJ's is worth the time and miles!"

  • "I am working in Canton from PA, I looked on for cycle shops on line never knowing what you'll find. I stopped into J and J unannounced and was greeted by salesman Chad Stokey. I explained to Chad I stopped in based on prices on pre-owned Harley road bikes, and was not sure if I would purchase or not. He treated me the same as if I was going to spend a million dollars. A pre-owned caught my eye and I began asking questions. Chad answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. (Including after the sale.) He involved Tom and Jim with my budgetary questions and these Gentlemen were more than helpful. I did purchase my preowned from J and J, with the personal treatment they gave me and attention given to my budgetary needs, I've become a customer for life, and I hope Chad will be my salesman.   • "Purchased my 2008 harley trike last fall. Kind of scarry to put down money on a bike without seeing it. then driving 14 hrs. one way to get it. The bike was perfect and just what I had been searching for in Missouri with no luck for months. YOU can trust this dealer to be fair and honest. Of course I changed a few things to fit my wifes requests. I would shop at J&J again if I wanted a bike they had. PS my local dealer asked why I did not buy from them. Answer: I gave them 8 months to find a used trike that I wanted. They didn't even try."

  • "This is my first bike purchased on the internet. A beautiful 2007 Silver Honda Shadow 1100cc. I was a little concerned about all the personal information given out to people I've never met and canot see, but really no different than going to a dealership in person. I was less concerned about this due to J&Js excellent consumer rating. Keep in mind after the purchase you must pick-up the item yourself or have it shipped to your home. By truck it took about 3-weeks from Ohio to Florida. I chose the best shipper and it cost me about $600. The shipping and delivery company provided tracking emails so I could see where my purchase was. The bike was delivered in pristine condition and the driver was very courteous. I noticed the odometer had 8 miles more than the milage statement I recieved. Was this a little joy ride while in transit? I also asked to make sure I got the owners manual. I did not get it or it was not available. Not a big deal as I can get one on the web. I rate the overall experience excellent and would definately do it again."
