"This is my first bike purchased on the internet. A beautiful 2007 Silver Honda Shadow 1100cc. I was a little concerned about all the personal information given out to people I've never met and canot see, but really no different than going to a dealership in person. I was less concerned about this due to J&Js excellent consumer rating. Keep in mind after the purchase you must pick-up the item yourself or have it shipped to your home. By truck it took about 3-weeks from Ohio to Florida. I chose the best shipper and it cost me about $600. The shipping and delivery company provided tracking emails so I could see where my purchase was. The bike was delivered in pristine condition and the driver was very courteous. I noticed the odometer had 8 miles more than the milage statement I recieved. Was this a little joy ride while in transit? I also asked to make sure I got the owners manual. I did not get it or it was not available. Not a big deal as I can get one on the web. I rate the overall experience excellent and would definately do it again."
